Today we will be doing some movements that many of you will not be familiar with.  This is why we are working to a “heavy single” and not a 1 rep max.  All of these movements will help you to develop the confidence to catch a snatch in the bottom of the squat as well as develop strength.  I think that you will be surprised at how confident you are snatching when you get to the squat snatch portion of the session.
