  • Double Under ( singles x 2)

It is back to another week of fitness improvements! We are going to get back into some front squats.  Set your goal to go as heavy as possible for 3 reps, finishing in 5 sets.  Our metcon is a simple couplet of kb swings and jump roping.  Hang on to that bell for unbroken reps if you can.  You double under masters shouldn’t have to break at all for this one.  Enjoy!
