RX:

Every 3 minutes for 7 rounds:robbie toes to bar

  • Run 400 Meters
  • 12 Toes to bar

T2/3:

Every 4 minutes for 5 rounds:

  • Run 400 Meters
  • 15 Sit-ups

In today’s wod you are tasked with completing a 400 meter run and toes to bar or situps in a given time frame.  If you finish before the time is up, rest.  If the clock starts to catch you, take a minute off or reduce the reps.  The goal is to complete all rounds as fast as possible.  It’s going to be a beautiful day for a run!
