  • 5 Strict Muscle-ups
  • 50 Double Unders
  • 4 Strict Muscle-ups
  • 40 Double Unders
  • 3 Strict Muscle-ups
  • 30 Double Unders
  • 2 Strict Muscle-ups
  • 20 Double Unders
  • 1 Strict Muscle-up
  • 10 Double Unders

The strict muscle up is a more advanced skill that many don’t have yet. Today is a perfect opportunity to work on getting closer to one. We will have some muscle-up drills that everyone can do to replace the strict muscle-up. Double unders are part of the pairing today. This is also a good opportunity to learn, practice or hone skills with the rope.
