Saturday partner fun!

  • Overhead Squat: 1-1-1-1-1
  • Front Squat: 1-1-1-1-1
  • Back Squat: 1-1-1-1-1

Heavy day for the legs! Your goal today should be to increase weight through all 15 sets. Start off heavy and make small jumps in weight as you work through the sets. If you can set a new 1 rep max, that is awesome. If not, and you went as heavy as you could for today, that is also awesome. See you there!
