Flashback Friday, Murph!

8 Rounds for Time:

  • 400 Meter Run
  • Rest 90 seconds

Strap on those running shoes, friends! This one is going to take a lot out of you while making you a better human in the process. Try to keep your first 400 and your last 400 very close in times. In other words, don’t come out so hard that you crash and burn. Keep the intensity high but not too a point that you dramatically drop off in times.
