Hang Squat Snatch:

  • Tabata Assault Bike

Today we will be working on our squat snatch from the hang position. Use this as an opportunity to practice this lift and improve on your technique. If everything is clicking and looking good go up in weight. Afterwards we will have some fun on the Assault bikes with a quick tabata for calories. Happy Friday!
