In Teams of 3:

25 Minute AMRAP:

  • 10 Sandbag Reverse Lunges
  • 10 Alternating Shoulders with bag
  • 20 Lateral Bag Jumps
  • 200 Meter run

The sandbags are back in the game! The way this one will work is, one athlete will begin the sandbag work while the other two wait. When the first athlete heads out for the run the second one will start the sandbag work, when the second athlete heads out the third will begin the sandbag work. Follow this pattern for 25 minutes.
