In Teams of 3, for time:

  • 5,000 Meter Row
  • 40 Toes to bar
  • 40 Hang Power Cleans (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
  • 40 Pullups
  • 40 Push Press (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
  • 40 Box Jumps
  • 40 Overhead Squats (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
  • 40 Burpees
  • 40 Thrusters (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)

Team time again! Here is how this one works. One person will be rowing, two will be working through the movements (alternating). If the 5k row is completed before the chipper then all three will alternate through the movements. If the chipper is finished first, all three will alternate to finish the row. Rowers will swap every 500 meters
