Behind the Neck Jerk

Push Jerk

This is a great mix of a heavy 1 rep and some barbell conditioning. We will start with behind the neck jerks. As its name gives away the bar is behind your neck, resting on the shoulders. This allows for the bar to be balanced over your center and gives a clear shot to lock out. Go as heavy as possible with good form. In the push jerk we will be doing a descending ladder each set.
