It was awesome watching all of the old PR’s fall during the clean and jerks!  Wednesday we will be doing the same for snatches.  Today’s wod is a little different and awesome at the same time.  There are 3 separate workouts encompassed in the wod.  Each time you start you will complete 3 rounds, resting 2 minutes between.  Each one involves some sort of Olympic lift.  Stay focused on your technique and positions as you slug through this.  Have fun!

For Time:

3 Rounds:

  • 5 Hang Power Snatches (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)
  • 10 Overhead Squats
  • 25 Double Unders (T2-bar jumps, T3-single skips)

Rest 2 Minutes

3 Rounds:

  • 5 Front Squats (185,115)(155,95)(95,65)
  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 25 Double Unders

Rest 2 Minutes

3 Rounds:

  • 5 Hang Power Cleans(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)
  • 10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
  • 25 Double unders
