3 Rounds for Time:

  • 30 Burpeesdeadlift-technique-rounding-the-back-neutral-spine
  • 15 Deadlifts (225, 155)(185,135)(135,95)(95,65)
  • 30 Wall Balls (20,14)(14,10)(10,6)

This will be a great workout to warm you up on a cold Tuesday!  The burpees will be standard chest to deck and jump/extend.  As you fatigue, pay special attention to keeping your back flat and core tight on the deadlifts.  Staying back in your heels and getting a big drive out of the bottom will help you to overcome the wall balls.   As always, working to perfect your form from start to finish will take you to the top.
