Welcome back!  Some of you will remember this wod from the last night of Foundations.  We do a 2 round version of this,without rest, to finalize the Foundations class.  The object is to accumulate as many reps as possible at each station.  Stay efficient and use your rest time to get your heart rate back down and ready to tackle another round.
