This is the type of wod that you will see show up in the CrossFit Open.  It comes to us from our friends at competitorstraining.com.  It has classic movements like the thruster and pullup.  You will complete the first 15-12-9 and then immediately move into the next.  Keep your movements as efficient as possible so that you have enough left in the tank to keep plugging away.  Have a great weekend everyone!
