For Time:

  • 30 Overhead Squats (115,80)(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)
  • 30 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
  • 20 Overhead Squats
  • 20 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
  • 10 Overhead Squats
  • 10 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups

Today is a good mixture of pushing and pulling. The weight should be challenging but not to an extent that you have to drop more than two times the first round. You should be able to do 10 unbroken. Adjust your pull-ups to make them more challenging but not to less than 5 reps the first round. Go after it!
