  • 500 Meter Row
  • 15 Bench Presses(135,95)(115,80)(95,65)(75,55)

This is a great pull/push workout. You will want to pick a weight that you can do unbroken through at least 3 rounds. On the rower, try to keep all rounds as consistent as possible, time wise.
