  • Every minute on the minute, perform 5 deadlifts(225,155)(185,125)(115, 65)

Nice work on yesterday’s challenging wod! Today is part two of our strength work.  Just like on Monday, add 20lbs to your deadlift 1rm and 10lbs to your bench press and then get 90% of those weights to use as a “working weight”.  August is going to be an awesome month for us!  Keep showing up and we will keep helping you to improve your fitness.
