Welcome to April!  No April fools here.  Just a basic CrossFit AMRAP.  Its a new month, so push yourselves to new levels.  A good goal today is to remain unbroken on all reps.  Try to rebound the box jumps if you aren’t doing that already.   Have fun and enjoy the weather!
