20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 25 Burpees
  • 15 Body-weight back squats

This one forces you to use your body-weight in two ways. In the burpee you are moving your body from up to down and back up. In the back squats, you will be loading your body-weight in pounds to the barbell. As always, we will be scaling the weights to keep you safe and moving.
