- 400 Meter Run
- 10 Pull-ups
- 5 Clean and Jerks (185,125)(155,105)(115,80)(75,55)
This is a good mix of 2 movements that will get your heart racing and a heavy lift. Push yourself to go heavier than you usually do. When you are doing the clean and jerks, stay focused on making each rep perfect. This will keep you efficient as you tire and as your lungs start to burn. Have fun!
