To get started with us you will need to enroll in our CrossFit Foundations Class. This is a four week program designed to prepare you for joining our regular CrossFit classes. During these twice-a-week 1 hour sessions you will be instructed on CrossFit principles, our 9 basic movements and others that you will see in our Workout of the Day (WOD). Our main focus will be on form, technique and perfecting each athlete’s movements. As the classes progress there will be a gradual introduction to intensity. Each class includes instruction and a workout that will incorporate what you have learned.
After graduating, you will be able to attend our regularly scheduled CrossFit WODs. As part of the Foundations enrollment we require an additional 2 months of the Unlimited CrossFit membership. We are 100% committed to you succeeding so we ask that you dedicate at least 3 months to see the results of your hard work.
