To get started with us, you will need to enroll in our CrossFit Foundations Class. This is 3 classes designed to prepare you for joining our regular CrossFit class. In one-hour sessions, you will be instructed on CrossFit principles, our nine basic movements, and others that you will see in our Workout of the Day (WOD).
Building a Strong CrossFit Foundation
Our main focus in the beginning will be on form, technique, and perfecting each athlete’s movements. As the classes progress, there will be a gradual increase in intensity. Each session includes instruction and a workout that will incorporate what you have learned.
After graduating Foundations, you will be able to attend our regularly scheduled CrossFit WODs. We are 100% committed to seeing you succeed, so we ask that you dedicate at least three months to see the results of your hard work.
