CrossFit Foundations

Our Foundations class provides a full introduction to CrossFit principles, our nine basic exercise movements, as well as other movements you will see in Workouts of the Day (WODs).

Foundations is 3, 1 hour classes.  We will focus mainly on perfecting your form, technique, and individual motions with a gradual increase in intensity as the classes progress. Each session involves an instruction component followed by a workout incorporating and reinforcing what you have learned that day.

CrossFit Workout of the Day (WOD)

CrossFit WODs are our standard workouts, changing daily to ensure you achieve a fitness that is well-rounded and non-specialized.

We offer WOD sessions Monday through Saturday at a variety of times throughout the day to fit even the busiest of schedules. Discover more about the CrossFit philosophy and process on our What is CrossFit? page.

 

Open Gym for CFBC Members

During our Free Community WODs on Saturdays at 11:00 a.m., we also open our gym to any CrossFit Brier Creek members who are seeking supplement their regular WODs.

Open Gym is the perfect time to work on your form and technique, pursue your own WOD, or perform a WOD that you missed from earlier in the week. Or, you may also represent your CrossFit Brier Creek community by participating in the community WOD and helping first-timers.
