Since Late 2004 the CrossFit Kids program has been Forging The Future Of Fitness and is currently in over 400 gyms in North America, Australia, Europe, Africa, India, Japan and Panama. CrossFit Brier Creek Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness.
At CrossFit Brier Creek we believe the fitness of our kids is vastly important and we are excited to offer this program to the community. We are 100 percent dedicated to improving your child’s life through fitness and health.
CrossFit Brier Creek Kids combines gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across the 10 General Physical Skills: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
There is an additional focus on elements that encourage bone density and vestibular system development. Children and Teens have a great opportunity to maximize their physical skills when exposed to this stimulus during years of peak development, and the elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement mechanics and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CrossFit Kids it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, thus creating a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.
This means that no two workouts will be the same, so kids and teens never get bored and stay excited about the workouts. The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play-pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained CrossFit Kids Trainers.

CFBC Kids will meet twice a week on Monday and Wednesday afternoons. As needed we will add more classes and age groups.
- Ages 5-10 will meet at 4 on Monday/Wednesday for 45 minutes. (If you are attending the adult class child care will be provided for the last 15 mins)
- Ages 11-14 will meet at 5 on Monday/Wednesday for 1 hour.
Children of current CFBC members
- $70 per month. Each additional sibling half off.
- $90 per month. Each additional sibling half off.
