The benchmark board is changing rapidly! It is time to update two more today. First we will be running 400 meters for time and then we will perform the classic CrossFit benchmark “Annie”. Many of you are seeing PR’s this week. Stay focused on getting plenty of sleep, good nutrition and recovery. If you are not hitting pr’s this is the first place we look. Keep in mind too, that some days you just aren’t going to perform your best. Many times that is out of our control. We can, however, control how we eat, sleep and recover. Plan ahead so that you don’t get behind!
