This is the week that the road to the CrossFit Games starts! The Open starts on Wednesday. For the next 5 weeks we will program the Open Wod for the week on Thursdays. If you can’t make that one we will be available throughout the rest of the week to judge you. Sunday open gym we will have multiple coaches to make sure you get another crack at each wod before the deadline. If you haven’t signed up yet you should! No matter what the workouts are you can only help our team, the gym and yourself. A little friendly competition always brings out the best in all of us.
Workout of the Day 3/4/13:
Back Squat 1-1-1-1-1
Then,
As many reps as possible for 7 minutes of:
- Back Squat @ 40% of today’s 1 rep max
- Rack Jerk (behind the neck)
You can break this up however you like as long as you perform at least 1 of each movement.
Example: In 7 minutes I do 50 squats and 1 jerk or vice versa. Any combination you like as long as one rep of each is achieved.
