CrossFit Endurance is tonight at 5:15. Get ready for some 1 mile time trials!
Double unders seem to be a problem for many of us. The only way that I have found to get better is constant practice. This is true with most of the movements we do. Take some extra time before the wod and practice. Prime the movement so that when you get fatigued in the workout you won’t lose them. Work through the frustration…and sometimes you just need to throw that damn rope!

4 Rounds for Time:
- 50 Double Unders
- 4 rounds of “Cindy” -5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats
