We hope everyone had an awesome weekend! Its time to get back at it with more good wods this week. Don’t forget to take your rest days. We are open 7 days a week so you can make up a workout at any time. Without rest we can’t grow and regenerate. As I have said before, you don’t have to stay home on your rest days. Come in and work on mobility or do some light skill work. We have plenty of space and coaches to help with this. Make it happen!
