We are almost through two months in 2013.  What are you training for?  Every one needs a “game day”.  We encourage everyone to get involved in competitions (the CrossFit Open) or races and prove your fitness that you have worked so hard for.  As the weather warms up there will be several opportunities to do this.  Let us know if we can help with finding an event or if you need a partner or team for one.

Workout of the Day 2/26/13:

Perform 8 Tabata intervals of each movement.  20 seconds on 10 seconds off for 4 total minutes per movement:

  • Double Unders
  • Power Clean (135,95)
  • Box Jump (24,20)
  • KB Swing (53,35)
  • Row (calories)

You will complete all 8 intervals at each movement before moving to the next.  This is scored by total reps.
