We haven’t deadlifted for heavy reps in a while so here is your chance to get a new PR. Remember backs stay flat, squeeze the bar off the floor, shoulders and hips rise at the same time until above the knee and then open hips at the top. After picking heavy things up and putting them down get in on some fun with heavy thrusters and 20′ rope ascents!
