Intensity is where we see the greatest rate of return in our quest to be fittest on earth.  If you can carry on a conversation during a wod you aren’t pushing yourself hard enough.  Your coaches will help you maintain form and stay safe and we can motivate to an extent but only you can decide to push yourself into the pain cave.   Keep the intensity up on this one!

Workout of the Day 1/10/13:

5 Rounds for Time:

  • 10 Deadlifts (225,155)
  • 5 David Burpees (over the box burpees)
  • 10 Ring Pull Ups

  2. david burpees are horrible, i found myself stepping on and over the box.

    15:49 @ 155# with a mixture of ring and bar pullups (5 and 5 each round)
