Every week there is a steady drop of names on the board from Monday-Friday.  Everyone comes in Monday and it slowly trickles down through the week.  Take your rest days, but stay consistent in your training.  Our best athletes and those that have seen the most results make their training a non-negotiable part of their day.  Set aside those 60 minutes of your day to be fitter and more awesome(er)!

Workout of the Day 1/23/13:

Bench Press 1-1-1-1-1

Then,

4 Rounds(no time component):

  • Max rep parallette push-ups
  • 1 shuttle run 

Post bench weights and push-up reps to comments.
