Finally Friday!

Workout of the Day 8/24/12
Deadlift:
- 5@ 70% 1 Rep Max, then 3-3-3-1-1-1 (work up to the heaviest load possible)
Then,
With a continuously running clock perform:
- 1 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (135,95) the first minute
- 2 Box Jumps (30,24) the second minute
- 3 Sdhp the the third minute
…Continue up the ladder until you can’t perform the required reps for that minute.
Post minutes completed and partials.
