Workout of the Day 8/15/12:
Push/Split Jerk
5@ 70% of 1 Rep Max, then 3-3-3-1-1-1
Then,
5 Rounds for time of:
- 3 Deadlifts (315,225)
- 5 Clapping Pushups
- Sprint out the back door to the curb and back
*The weight for the deadlift is supposed to be heavy. Go as heavy as you can without giving up your form.
