The August PR Board is almost full!  I am sure that we will add PR’s today.  Go ahead and fill the board up…we will make more room or put up more whiteboards for you!

Workout of the Day 8/15/12:

Push/Split Jerk

5@ 70% of 1 Rep Max, then 3-3-3-1-1-1

Eric showing good starting position to go overhead.

Then,

5 Rounds for time of:

  • 3 Deadlifts (315,225)
  • 5 Clapping Pushups
  • Sprint out the back door to the curb and back

*The weight for the deadlift is supposed to be heavy.  Go as heavy as you can without giving up your form.
