Stance,  grip and position!

Workout of the Day 8/6/12:

We will start with some snatch basics.

  • Burgerner Warm-up
  • 3 Position Snatch

Then,

4 Rounds for reps

1 minute at each station with 1 minute rest between rounds of:

  • Hang Power Snatch (95,65)
  • Kettlebell Swing (53, 35)
  • Row for Calories

Cashout: 30 seconds after the last round, begin 1 minute of max rep toes to bar.  Toes to bar reps will be added to the final score.

    My hands tore in round 2 an my grip was no longer working in round 4 . The t2b suffered because of it as well.
    Smoked me. Great wod. I want to try it again!
