It is so easy to arm chair quarterback (I did it every night that I watched the Olympics). We constantly are questioning and judging other people or places. This is a good thing sometimes in the pursuit of excellence…but…what if there is something you don’t know? What if you are only seeing a small part of the big picture? The goal of CFBC is to make our athletes fitter. We will incorporate many things to move you towards that goal. Many things that you don’t or won’t like but you will have to trust in our experience and desire to make you elite. So next time that you wonder why or someone else questions tell yourself “I am getting fitter!” and that is all that matters.
