Welcome to a new week! This will be the last week for this round of back squat. Next week we will be changing to front squat so hit it hard today. Here is some awesome information on setup for the back squat from CrossFit Mobility Genius Kelly Starrett.
Workout of the Day:
Back Squat
- 5 @ 70% of 1 rm, 3-3-3-1-1-1
Then,
5 Rounds for time of:
- 10 Kettlebell Snatch (53,35)*
- 12 Burpees
*Alternate sides each round



Unable to make it today but as fate would have it, I did this back squat workout yesterday. Found a new pr 1RM squat (high bar) of 355#.
