We are going to continue our quest to learn the Olympic lifts. It is time to learn how to pull from the floor. Proper form and positioning will be the goal today. As always the Coaches will be there to make sure all is good!
Workout of the Day 8/17/12:
Clean Pulls
5-3-3-3-1-1-1
Then,
With a 12 minute running clock perform:
20 power cleans @60% of 1 rep clean pull
Then AMRAP:
- 25 Double Unders
- 10 Box Jumps (24/20)
- 10 Knees to Elbows
