- 5 Muscle Ups
- 10 Sit ups
Rest 3 Minutes
5 Minute Amrap of:
- 15 Overhead Squats (95,65)
- 20 Lateral Bar Jumps
Rest 3 Minutes
5 Minute Amrap of:
- 25 Ground to Overhead (95,65)
- 30 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)
Hit each one of these hard! There is plenty of rest in between to recover and prepare for the next.
